had a bit of a rocky start with the app to be honest. the first reader I chose for a live chat didn't really resonate with me at all. i felt like we were just on completely different wavelengths and I walked away feeling more confused than before. i reached out to the support team to explain that I wasn't satisfied and they were very understanding and gave me a really generous credit refund so I could try another reader. the second person i talked to was fantastic and actually gave me clarity.

ive been looking for a good medium for a long time and i think i finally found one on orb. the session was very emotional but it helped me feel a lot better about my grandma passing. its a private space and I dont feel judged at all. the insight I got really helped me feel like i know what to do now. i will definitely use it again when I feel lost. its better than other apps because the readers actually seem like they care.

Very good answers, but I noticed similar ways of speaking between psychics that at first made me wonder if they spread information amongst each other... but then I realized it seemed heavily like AI after the fact. I double checked if the app took my location info too, because one of the psychics brought up my location. The app does take approximate location info.
