I've already signed up with butcher box and received my first order, but I was not able to log in on the app. I attempted to enter my contact info and location multiple times, only to get error messages. Why have an app if it doesn't work? Uninstalling.

On 2 occassions,products delivered didn't match what was advertised and on the second delivery price shot above the checkout price(advertised products were less too).I have deleted the app & will go back to ordering online and on whatsapp and will remain a loyal customer despite being disappointed twice by this app.Great tasting meat though

This app is very easy to use. However I am failing to track my order. I get notifications but I cannot switch to order history.
