About this app

Okulum.tech is a daily tracking and communication application for school administrators, teachers, and parents. Track records shared by the school through a simple interface.

For Parents:
• View information for multiple children in the same account. • Track attendance, meals, sleep, and daily grades.
• View photos, videos, and progress reports shared by the school. • Review announcements, messages, events, and requests from the relevant screens. • Track the school's fee and payment history in monthly and annual views.

For Teachers:
• Work with the class and students assigned to you. • Create attendance and daily records. • Share events, announcements, and progress evaluations. • Manage delivery records and parent communication.

For School Administration:
• Manage school, class, student, teacher, and parent pairings. • Send teacher and parent invitations. • Track monthly payment schedules, collection records, and school expenses. • Monitor school processes with reports and feedback.

School Bell
Parents can report their "On the way" or "At the door" status to the school. Statuses seen and accepted by the school team are tracked within the app. Student drop-off is also recorded by the school.

School Calendar and Notifications
View events, announcements, and payment dates on the calendar. Go to the relevant record from in-app notifications.

Student content is displayed according to school, role, and student matching. A school account or invitation from the school is required for use.

School packages may vary depending on student and media capacity. Records on the parent fee screen show the amounts reported by the school; this screen does not automatically handle bank or card payments.
