Filling out traditional paper-based inspection reports (checklists) and work instructions is often difficult, the paper gets dirty and then you have to somehow scan, attach, send by email and of course store the papers and pack them in the car. If you need to take a photo of the workplace, you cannot attach them to the written paper-based inspection report or work instruction, since the photo is on the phone. All that remains is to download it later, then edit it on a computer, insert the images… a never-ending hassle. With ANZEN, this is over: after registration, the application can be easily downloaded from the store and the previously agreed form to be filled out will be waiting there.
The application is in HUNGARIAN, does not require any special training, any professional can easily use it - the work order can be signed in the application just like on paper, and then sent by e-mail with one click.
