PremInspect is now PremHQ. Same app, same sign-in, same work.

PremHQ is the phone app for the people who do the work: on site, on the road and in the workshop. Everything you need to do is in one To-Do list, and the proof of every job is captured as you go.

YOUR DAY IN ONE LIST
• To-Do shows everything that is yours: inspections, alerts, leave to approve, clocking in and your own jobs.
• Split a job into steps, share a list with your team, and get a reminder when something is due.

INSPECT AND CHECK ON SITE
• Work through a checklist item by item, with pass or fail, notes, photos and signatures.
• Every check records the time and place, so you can show the work was done.
• Scan a QR code on an asset or at a site to start the right check.
• Works with no signal. Everything sends when you are back online.

TIME AND LEAVE
• Clock in and out at the site. With no signal, the app keeps the time and sends it later.
• See how much leave you have, ask for time off and follow your request.
• Managers approve leave and choose who covers the work, right from the phone.

ALERTS
• Report a problem the moment you see it.
• The right people hear about it, and you can follow it until it is fixed.

DOCUMENTS
• Fill in a document and send it for signing by link or email.
• Add the signed copy with a photo of each page or a PDF.

REPORTS
• Turn a finished job into a PDF report and share it by email, WhatsApp or any app.
