​Avoid unless you have no other choice, and in Cyprus you do. The app is incredibly buggy, so expect constant satellite failures that leave you unable to lock or unlock the car. You'll waste 30+ minutes waiting for support just to access the vehicle you paid for. On top of that, the customer service is unprofessional, dismissive, and riddled with typos. Save yourself the headache and use a more reliable rental service.

The app doesn't even work anymore. I was happy using it and suddenly when I needed it doesnt turn on. when i try to open it the screen is just white. i uninstalled ans reinstalled it but still nothing changed. it's completely unusable.

Amazing service, Great idea, much cheaper than taxis and bolt and so convenient....but..... The app Sucks!!! It freezes, it doesnt open, you have the uninstall and reinstall it to work.... why?? fix the app ASAP!!
