About this app

Know the heat before you run.

RunFast times the weather to your run. Add your route and your pace, and RunFast shows the heat, rain and wind for each kilometre, at the minute you'll be there, and what the weather will cost you in time.

YOUR RUNS
• Each run's forecast, kilometre by kilometre, at your pace
• The weather cost: how many minutes the heat and wind will take
• Heat stress, worked out from the WBGT, so you see how hard the day will be
• Fly the route: a 3D flyover with the weather at your hour and the climbs ahead
• Bring routes in from a GPX, TCX or FIT file, or from Strava

RACES, WITH LIVE TRACKING
• Add your race with its date and gun time, your goal and a few words of your own
• Turn on live tracking for your link and a share picture for WhatsApp and socials
• On race day, people follow you on the map: where you are, your pace, your finish, and how you're doing against your goal, shown as a ghost on the course
• Turn on Findable by anyone, and people can find you by your name

FOLLOW A RUNNER
• Open a runner's link, or search their name if they're Findable
• Follow up to 20 runners, with alerts when they start, reach halfway and finish
• No account needed to follow

CLUBS
• Find your club and tap I'm in on its runs and races
• Each club race has its own live map on the day
• Club managers add runs and races for everyone

ALSO
• Each run's forecast by email the evening before
• Kilometres or miles, °C or °F
• Light and dark
• Install it from Google Play or from runfast.tech
