the classes are good. but everything else is straight up trash. The app itself is very glitchy. It wont let you download any videos locally or take screenshots which is very hostile to student without proper internet. Moreover, sometimes the classes won't load even if you have fast internet. Also, their behaviour will change 180 degrees right after you purchase a course. The classes and the teachers are very nice. But please just fix the damn app itself.

This is important!! SO I was trying to see pre recorded video but when I entered the app. I shows nothing just loading and loading,,,,then I check my internet it works just fine...and aslo there is no pc application.. I can't join any live classes in pc..YES also there was a notch that is white it glows lika a star (the blinding one) oh it happens when I switched to landscape mode,,ah and the board squashed ( like 6 ft men to 3 ft one). thanks for reading it now help me to study better! FIX IT !

Classes are not taken properly according to the course fee. For example, important classes like Bengali and English are taken very briefly and all the chapters are not covered properly. Except for two or three teachers, all the other sirs skip most of the topics of their subjects. I had enrolled in this course with high hopes after saving money but it is fair to say that I did not benefit as much as I had hoped. Shame on you, I will never refer anyone to such a mediocre platform for admission.
