Wahelp matches people living in Japan who need a small job done with people
nearby who can do it. Post in your own language — it still reaches the other side.

WHAT YOU CAN ASK FOR
Moving, delivery, home repairs, shopping runs back home, translation,
paperwork, cleaning, hauling, airport pick-ups.

HOW IT WORKS
- Post a task: category, area, when, and what needs moving or fixing. Up to three photos.
- Get quotes: each one names a price and when they can come, so you can compare.
- Chat: no lift on the third floor? need a van? Settle it before you commit.
- Agree: pick a quote in the app, or record a deal you agreed over the phone —
both write the same deal card.
- Review each other: punctuality, quality, communication.

ABOUT MONEY
Wahelp is not a party to your deal and does not process payments — you settle
directly with the other person. There is no fee for either side today.

SAFETY
People who pass identity verification (residence card) carry a "Verified" mark on their quotes.
Document photos are seen only by our reviewers, never by other users. Chats are
private to the two of you, and every staff access while handling a complaint is
