About this app
Stompi Wallet is the Android app for the Stompi network. Create a new wallet or restore an existing one with your recovery words. Receive and send STP, and view your confirmed transactions.
Your recovery words and private keys stay on your device. Keep your recovery words safe and separate from your phone: anyone who knows them can access your coins. If you lose them and have no other way to access your wallet, Stompi cannot recover it for you.
**Features**
• Create and restore a wallet
• Manage multiple wallets on one device and switch between them
• Send and receive STP using Stompi addresses
• View your balance and confirmed activity
• Save recipients as contacts for future payments
• Read Stompi news in the app
• Enable optional notifications for news and confirmed incoming payments to the first receiving address
• Use the app in English or German, with light and dark themes
To retrieve current blockchain data, the app connects to the public Stompi explorer over HTTPS. The public wallet address being checked is sent to the server. Payments are signed on your device, then the signed transaction is submitted for broadcast to the Stompi network.
Stompi Wallet is intended for STP on the Stompi network. Check the recipient address and amount carefully before sending. Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
