〇機能追加
・イベントの時間になったとき、通知を自動削除出来るようになりました（オンオフ、10分頃、1時間後などの削除タイミングを設定から調整可能）。
・通知を出すときに、自動で直前までの通知を削除出来るようになりました（設定から変更可能）。

・システムの設定アプリに提供する通知情報を更新。
・アプリ設定値初期化アルゴリズムの改善。
