93 tools for the files already on your phone — and not one of them needs the internet.

ToolsMate asks for ZERO permissions. Not "only the necessary ones" — none. There is no account, no sign-up, no ads, and the app cannot upload your files anywhere because it never connects to anything. You pick a file, the work happens on your phone's own processor, and you choose where the result is saved. That is the entire architecture.

PDF (30 tools)
Merge, split, compress, rotate and crop PDFs. Delete, reorder or extract pages. Add page numbers or a watermark, sign with your finger, redact for real (the text underneath is removed, not just covered), protect with AES-256 encryption or unlock, edit the text inside, scan paper to PDF with your camera, convert to and from images, and more. Batch tools take several PDFs at once — one password can lock a whole folder's worth.

IMAGE (9 tools)
Convert between JPEG, PNG and WebP. Compress to a target size, resize, crop, rotate. Strip EXIF metadata before sharing, hide part of a photo with pixelation or blur, remove a background, make a passport photo.

VIDEO & AUDIO (11 tools)
Trim video or audio, compress video using the phone's own hardware encoder, extract the sound as MP3 or M4A, mute, rotate, change speed, make a GIF, pull out frames, join clips.

TEXT (10 tools)
Word and character counts, case conversion, find and replace, sort and de-duplicate lines, clean invisible whitespace, compare two texts, extract text from Office documents.

JSON formatter, Base64, URL encoding, hashes and checksums, JWT decoder (decoded on the device — the token goes nowhere), timestamp and number-base conversion, colour formats, UUIDs.

Read QR codes from photos, generate QR codes for links, Wi-Fi and contacts, make barcodes, zip and unzip archives, verify a download against its published checksum.

WHY OFFLINE MATTERS
Most "free PDF tools" are a web page that uploads your document to someone's server. For a contract, a medical report or an ID scan, that is a real cost hidden behind a convenient button. ToolsMate is the opposite trade: the heavy lifting was moved into the app so your files never leave the device. The app declares no permissions in its manifest — you can verify that claim in the Play listing's data safety section, and in the app's own settings.

Large features that not everyone needs (video processing, background removal, PDF text editing) download on demand as separate modules, so the initial install stays small.
