It don't let me in. Ask for an activation code and don't send any. Don't even ask for email/phone number, just require an activation code which had never been sent. I'm sorry, but it's just a silly concept, after installing there must be the way to get the code without complaining/contacting to the support team.

After initial hiccup with the activation code I contacted the tech support. The reply came in minutes - on Sunday(!). The issue was resolved. The content is good. The only advice I'd give to the users is to make sure you have a good Internet coverage in the area or download content beforehand. What helps is that audio content is duplicated in text.

I dont want AI in my apps. Also i dont want to download an app just to get my audio guide. Also the audio guide to the Opera Medicea Laurenziata is so far up it's own behind it comes back out on the other side. Insufferable
