there are short 2 minute snippets for large attractions, this app is a scam, I want my money back!

Dear user, could you write to "support@travelmate.tech" indicating for which city you purchased? For each city there are several audios for different points of interest, with a max duration of 3 minutes each, to avoid boring the listener. You could also test each file for 30 seconds for free to verify quality and quantity of the content developed.

It don't let me in. Ask for an activation code and don't send any. Don't even ask for email/phone number, just require an activation code which had never been sent. I'm sorry, but it's just a silly concept, after installing there must be the way to get the code without complaining/contacting to the support team.

After initial hiccup with the activation code I contacted the tech support. The reply came in minutes - on Sunday(!). The issue was resolved. The content is good. The only advice I'd give to the users is to make sure you have a good Internet coverage in the area or download content beforehand. What helps is that audio content is duplicated in text.
