• EVERY LANGUAGE, ONE HOME — you write in Spanish, your flatmate reads it in English, the cook sees it in French. Everyone participates in their own language.
• TRACK EVERYTHING — open issues, who's on them, what got fixed and verified. A calm, honest picture of your home.

- Replies show as they stream, with the records they touched as tappable chips, and those chips survive reopening a chat.
