Xfdn Flow Agent
The Xfdn Flow Agent brings your company's customer service to the iPhone, allowing your team to monitor and respond to conversations from anywhere, with the same agility as desktop operations.
This application is intended exclusively for authorized agents of companies using the Xfdn Flow platform and is not available for public use.
Secure Access
Access is via the corporate email registered by the company administrator. For greater security, we do not use passwords: a verification code is sent to the provided email address each time you log in.
Only active and authorized agents can access the application.

With the application open, messages are updated instantly. When in the background, you will continue to receive notifications so you don't miss any important interactions.
Integration with the Xfdn Flow platform
The application connects directly to the Xfdn Flow platform, respecting the structure and configurations of each company. After login, visual identity, permissions, and available resources are automatically loaded according to the organization's environment.
