Added file upload facility. Added facility to access camera or any other file. Fixed bugs related to download of e-campus files in some devices. Added feature to download files from e-campus. Requires storage permission to download e-campus files. In some devices it will ask for permission while installing the app. However in some devices you have to manually enable permission by going to Settings - App Permissions, Select the app, and explicitly allow permission for storage.
