It is encouraging that this system was intended to be implemented and has started. However, I have never seen such a poor application. Even when you enter information correctly and in the proper format, it just keeps saying 'invalid. It serves no useful purpose at all. Because the app is not functioning properly, many drivers are being exposed to unfair and heavy penalties without even knowing it. That is why we are using CBE and Telebirr.

The most worst Application, first it's not open or we must try serval time plus didn't show any records, before announced the App better to develop the software, it's undeveloped Application.

it isn't active, couldn't show my penality records and accept claims online. it needs update and it has to be linked with other payment methods like telebirr and others.
