we can't delete video in this app when first we upload it

The app is not finished. After logging in, you can't see any content—just a countdown. If you're looking for an alternative to TikTok, this isn't it yet. It’s buggy and unusable. I gave it my info and got nothing in return. Wait until the timer is over and see if it's even real before downloading.
