2026 worst financial app ever used - do not download this , you can't change profile settings,no way to change your pin , no way to delete or add phone number , no way to add email adress , vérification codes doesn't contain reset links , support is very poor and they don't even reply to chats , app doesn't allow users to add bank accounts or credit card .... I've tried changing my Digit pin but doesn't work although I receive OTP via SMS ... I don't advise downloading or using this app at all .

Cameroon User here. First, we're not allowed to add prepaid cards on this since the latest updates. Always error stating "account not found" despite submitting the required details. Also no more transfers from wallet to MTN MOMO. Every number you dial "account not found" error message. It used to work well, there you just went and spoiled it all in the of update. It's more of a downgrade now

The app is very, very slow, at first, I thought it was because of the network, but no... the Orange money and MTN momo apps work very well. Frankly, it's very annoying, especially since it's UBA's turnover, they are not even able to make a good application. They don't give a about us or what? When I want to send the money to someone it burg, even when I want to withdraw the money for myself it burg, I would like to emphasize once again the slowness of the application.
