I wish there was a 0 star this is by far the worst application I've ever used. KYC verification requires you to go to the bank before it is affirmed tho your informations where already submitted. I missed a number on signing in to the application with the pin prompt my account was blocked. They said wait for 24hrs I waited for 2months , 2 months.. and it would have extended I had to go to the bank before it was taking care of

Absolutely awful app. Almost never works and when it does it's either terribly slow or they just make mistakes. Their system keeps your money and the bank refuses to give it back to you. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Honestly there's nothing worth it at UBA. Everything just causes headaches and this app is just the worst.

Why is the money transfer option not working recently? I fill the information but it gets stuck on the pay where I'm supposed to see the names and move forward to inserting my pin
