ICICI Merchant Services (IMS) introduces its digital self-serve and multi-payment acceptance mobile App. Using this App, merchants can manage an array of service requirements such as Paper Roll requests, Terminal Related queries, Statement related requests and many more, just with a simple click within the App. The latest version of the app is enhanced to enable merchants to accept QR based payments from customers, accept sound based contactless mobile payments, send an invoice via SMS/Email and also help merchants to upload chargeback related documents for the chargeback case IDs.
Service at your Finger Tips – No more waiting in queue to speak to a Customer Care Officer. The IMS App is service on the Move! Merchants can also go cashless by performing QR based transactions using the App (mVisa and Bharat QR). Merchants can contact customer care with a simple click and also give their valuable feedback using the App to help us improve our services.
