Scammers. Customer Services is very unhelpful. I made a great mistake by paying online instead of choosing COD. Now they're neither delivering the product nor cancelling the order.

Can't go to the next page. Because there's an chat button right where the next page button. Over the button. No option to hide/close the chat option so no option to click on the next page. The Developer of this app is very good. Never even they opened the app to try.
