About this app

TVox Team is the official mobile application that extends the TVox WebClient experience to Android and iOS smartphones, allowing you to stay connected to your company communication system even when you are out of the office.

Designed for the business and enterprise world, TVox Team brings TVox calls and messages to your smartphone, integrating natively with the corporate communication infrastructure. The interface is modern, intuitive, and consistent with the client, ensuring operational continuity between the fixed workstation and mobility.

TVox Team is not a traditional telephony app: in order to use it, the company must have a compatible TVox system and the user must be enabled to use the mobile app. If you already use TVox in the office, contact your IT representatives to verify that your user is authorized to use the mobile app and that the required licenses are active.
With a specific enablement, TVox Team can also be used for smart working, allowing access to corporate services even outside the company Wi-Fi network.

Operating requirements

- TVox PBX version 10.25 or later
- License for users with TVox Team active and configured on the server side
- User explicitly authorized to use the app

> TVox Team is designed for use on smartphones. Tablet use is currently not supported.

Main features

- Login / Logout: Securely access your TVox profile and log out when needed, maintaining control over your user status.
- Business calls on mobile: Make and receive calls via TVox directly from your smartphone.
- Internal chat: Send and receive text, audio, and video messages, share files and images with internal contacts and workgroups (feature can be enabled/disabled on the server side).
- Call lookup: View the caller’s name for any contact in the corporate directory, even if it is not saved in the phone’s address book.
- Complete address book: Internal, corporate, personal, and favorite contacts always available.
- Favorites and groups: Create and manage favorite groups, with automatic synchronization also on the desktop client.
- Call history: View outgoing, incoming, and missed calls, access details, or call back with a single tap.
- Phone status management: Set your status (online, do not disturb, custom) just like on the TVox client.
- User and agent profiles: Quickly switch between profiles and manage ready/not ready status (agent profile).
- Queue status: View queued calls for your services (agent profile).
- Real-time notifications: Incoming and missed calls, received chats, queued calls (agent profile).
- Video calls between internal contacts
