Mobile application for prompt transfer of service requests and recording of completed actions.
Main functions:
1. Instant transfer of requests - new requests are automatically sent to the mobile devices of the technicians.
2. Push notifications.
3. Viewing information on requests.
4. Recording of completed work - recording of actions, time and used spare parts.
5. Photo recording - attaching photos to confirm completed operations.
6. Forming an order for spare parts - selecting products from the catalog, indicating the quantity, type of order, sending the request by email.
7. The ability to transfer a request between statuses and the history of statuses.
8. Built-in chat - communication between the technician and the Service Center administrator.
9. Displaying requests on the map - an interactive map with request markers.
10. Displaying requests in the calendar - viewing requests in the form of a calendar for a month.
