1. 로그인 후 데이터를 받아오지 못해도 로그아웃할 수 있도록 변경.
2. 외박신청 시 귀가->귀가, 서울->서울시 등 선택지가 하나밖에 없는 경우 따로 선택하지 않아도 자동 설정하도록 변경.
3. 외박/귀향 신청 변경 시 귀향은 14박 15일이 기본 설정되도록 변경.
