About this app

The all new MyTESY app helps you seamlessly programme and manage your smart TESY appliance.
MyTESY app is available for the electric water heater models BelliSlimo and ModEco, as well as for the electric convector models FinEco, LiveEco, ConvEco, HeatEco and FloorEco.

Connecting to the MyTESY app is easy and intuitive. You can quickly set a personalized weekly programme or simply select an Eco mode and let your smart TESY appliance do the rest for you in an energy efficient fashion. Connect, link in a group and get real-time status and control of your appliance(s) wherever you are.

The app is clearly not working. Luckily I managed to connect device with the application but after few hours,devices weren't existing anymore nor was I able to add devices again. So I tried to log out and log in but then I realized that was not possible for some reason. Horrible. The application is not useful at all.

I am login to the app, but the Dashboard can not load at all. So I am not able to add my Tesy device as well. This application is useless until the bugs are fixed. Please fix them. Until that there is no sense to buy Tesy device with wi fi option.....

1. I lost all the devices that were already added (I put a lot of effort into connecting the devices via the app - not intuitive at all). 2. Resetting pw does not work. The email was never received
