It was working great for years. Now all of a sudden it won't send the mass text if a website is included in the text. However, its saying it sent and charging me for it ... when it didn't. Not being able to send the website via text so they can click on it and register is not allowing quick and effective responses. How can this be fixed ASAP. I have emailed, called and sent a Facebook Message with no response. Update: I heard back, my text number needed to be verified. It's all fixed now. Thx

I've been using this since 2018 and recently they changed the pricing and keep charging me without my consent , and when I questioned about it they closed my account with $16.13 balance in it , contacted customer service and tried to get that amount , they keep saying it's a legitimate charge and won't refund. Worst customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would . Please don't waste your money , they basically scam your money 🤬

Overall very happy. Sometimes there is delay in message transmission and did have difficulty transferring pictures which were texted to me.
