It was working great for years. Now all of a sudden it won't send the mass text if a website is included in the text. However, its saying it sent and charging me for it ... when it didn't. Not being able to send the website via text so they can click on it and register is not allowing quick and effective responses. How can this be fixed ASAP. I have emailed, called and sent a Facebook Message with no response. Update: I heard back, my text number needed to be verified. It's all fixed now. Thx

HORRIBLE. WHY would you have the option to be a personal user and then when I select that you say it's only available for business accounts?! so I tried to go back and use it for my business account and it kept blocking me no matter what I did even though I wanted to change it to my business email!!!

Impossible to use. Downloaded when a storm hit to send out emergency messages. I can add a plan, but no where can I add credit for casual usage, all links in the webpage are broken and sends you around in circles, the add credit takes you to a take to type a message that you then cand send because you don't have credit.
