CNHI Sankalp is offered by CNH Industrial (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) for
engagement of Mechanics and Retailers (hereinafter referred to as “Key Associate”).
-> Unregistered Key Associate shall not be provided the unique user id and hence cannot
participate. No benefit can be claimed by unregistered Key Associate.
-> Sales Team of the concerned Branch Office of the Company shall verify/approval/disapprove
engagement of Key Associate and their points.
-> Benefits as accrued from the program are not transferrable.
-> The Company is the sole authority to amend/change/modify the nature and contents of the
program without prior notice and shall have the discretion to terminate the program or extend
the same. No claims/questions shall be entertained by the Company in this regard.
-> The Company would have the right to verify/reject/disallow any claim in case of any program
eligibility condition is not met. By participating in the program, the Key Associate fully and
unconditionally agree to accept the Terms and Conditions as available under this program as
well as the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all matters in relation to the
program.
-> The rewards may be different for different Branches. The rewards may be updated from time to
time and participants need to verify the same before redemption To redeem the offer,
participants are required to follow directives without which the Company is not liable to fulfil the
obligation of the specified points or vouchers or promo conditions.
-> The program is operated in particular branches of CNH Industrial as applicable from time to
time.
-> The rewards cannot to be exchanged for any other scheme/offer which is being run by the
Company during the relevant time.
-> Key Associate complaints, if any, can be addresses to CNHI Sankalp team at the phone numbers
and mail IDs provided.
-> Disputes, if any, shall be subject to UP jurisdiction only.
