The offer redemption point is totally awful experience. The redemption item that's out of stock is still showing until you push redeem button then you know it's all gone. Why don't you just take it out from your list???? Plus, it's conditions to use that redeemed points are mostly minimum spendings with regular price. Absolutely create bad experience. Given your brand as premium but the way you offer customers is horrible compared to other supermarket stores which have less premium image.

Absolutely the worst deigned app in history. When you register, it requires an email 2 factor authentication, easy right? No. If you go to another app on your phone and try to return to this app, it crashes. Restart the app and it requires another (different) code to authenticate. Rinse and repeat. I tried it a half dozen times and gave up. I suppose if you did the 2 factor authentication from a PC while installing it on your phone it might work, but who has time for that?

Normally, when you have registered should have account right? But this asking to enter passport or any ID again and again even though it has an account. What is the point of using account? When need to re-enter the whole detail again and over again. Just users ID and password is makes things easier. It base on Thai policy? Because every APP in Thailand are the same systems. No improvement? Every APP doesn't have an optional to enter user ID and password! It goes to beginning as always.
