- If you have muted a chat
- If you are currently watching the chat.
- If you have switched off notifications on your device.
- If the messages have been deleted before you installed the app.
- If video attachments are not being recovered then you need to "Enable Auto Download" from messaging app settings.
- User need to Grant Notifications Access permission to make this app work properly

Ratings and reviews

New app not worth to use. Previous version was better. Voice note not working. App keep hanging. App keep close and need always to restart so you can see the adds and what missed when app was off will not recognize received msgs and start to copy only what you will receive when app is On. Recommend not to waist your time with such useless new WD pro.

This is so amazing app. It always help me to recover my deleted messages. But this app does not work all the time. So I want this app have to be solve this problem.

Uninstalling as it's backed up data causes duplication in gallery permanently, and doesn't allow to be showing only WhatsApp data in gallery. It should show data only in this app and not gallery, should delete data after certain period (say 24 hrs), and should only maintain deleted data, not all. Please let me know once this fixed, will install again then. Since i can't rely on deleting my data from whats app and storing it in this app only, having no digital backup/authenticity.
