Ajahn Chah Meditation
Sometimes teaching is difficult. A monk is like a trash can for people to throw away all their problems and annoyances. The more students you teach, the more trash you get. But teaching is a good practice. Teaching helps us to develop patience and understanding.
We want to find an easy way. But without suffering there is no wisdom. In order for wisdom to mature you must fall and cry many times during meditation.
The forest is a place of peace, isn't it? So only guilt holds in your hand what confuses you. Let nature teach you. Listen to the birds chirping and let go. Understanding nature, you will understand the Dharma. Understanding the Dhamma you will understand nature.
