Found this on F-Droid looking for an open source browser. I didn't know what IPFS was, but I looked it up once Thor was installed. It is a really cool idea that webpage contents are stored on lots of computers and this browser has the ability to use these URLs already! But, if you're not ready for that the browser itself is small in size, super smooth, search engine defaults to DuckDuckGo and has a good dark theme. Will keep testing its features but very impressive so far!

Ifps was working in a test. Browser was working but seems to be incomplete yet. No settings, no new window...

Finally a dark mode browser, integrated ad-blocker and FAST. Not to mention IPFS support. This developer is incredible, his apps are groundbreaking, breathtaking.
