I don't even know why I had to download an app and create an account just to buy a ticket. Ridiculous. The app interface is user-unfriendly, and I couldn't change or refund my wrong booking. I had to call customer support just to learn this. After taking all my booking info, they finally said it couldn't be canceled or changed—even though I clearly stated upfront that I misbooked and needed support. Stupid.

I'm disgusted. The app is faulty, and when it has errors and you wind up double puchasing tickets because it says your payment didn't go through, they refuse to refund you. Customer service has an attitude and is just horrendous. Avoid if possible.

Terrible. Cannot buy ticket. I had beening waiting for more than an hour, still could not buy a single ticket. The app keep logging me out. Page loading is terribly slow. Always end up telling me the seats are already taken. It was a frustrating experience. The app needs to be improved.
