About this app

Simply enter the wall and floor dimensions, tile specifications, and grout lines, and a layout plan will be drawn immediately. You can also see how the width of the scraps at both ends changes whenever you shift the starting point. It helps you find a starting point where there are no 2-3cm scraps at the ends.

This app is designed for tile installers, interior construction teams, and those who are installing tiles in their own bathrooms.

It runs exclusively on your phone without requiring registration, internet access, or advertisements; a one-time purchase is all you need.

■ Things to Know First

· It does not support herringbone, diagonal, or irregular patterns. Only straight, half-sheet (1/2) staggered, and 1/3 staggered patterns are supported.

· It only draws rectangular surfaces. For L-shaped floors, subtract the "missing corner" from the surrounding rectangle. Slanted walls and curved surfaces cannot be drawn.

· Each piece is counted generously as one sheet. It does not calculate the amount of scraps to be reused in other places. · The amounts of adhesive and grout are the app's default values ​​(vary by product) — please adjust them in the settings to match the quantities in the product packaging you are using.

· Measurements are not taken with the camera. Dimensions are entered using a tape measure or laser distance meter.

· Records are saved only on this phone. When changing phones, transfer them to a backup file.

■ Starting Point — The Core of This App

· If you attach 600 tiles to an 1,840mm wall starting from the left end, a 34mm piece remains at the right end. If you align them with the center grout, both ends become equal at 317mm — this is displayed immediately with numbers and images.

· · For each horizontal and vertical starting point (from the left end · from the right end · center grout · center tile · direct width of the first sheet), compare the widths of the pieces at both ends side by side.

· For "Recommended," move the pieces in 1mm increments to select the spot where the narrowest piece is widest — also consider the pieces next to doors, windows, and bathtubs.

· For half-sheet offsets, consider two lines; for 1/3 offsets, consider three lines.

■ Layout Plan

· It is immediately redrawn once the face width and height, tile width and height, and grout lines are entered.
