A NOTE ON STORAGE ACCESS

Storage Cleanup needs broad file access to find clutter that the standard photo picker cannot see, including APKs, archives, log files, large documents in random folders, and empty leftover folders. Reads happen only when you scan. Deletions happen only on items you explicitly select.
