The mobile id allows a reliable online authentication, an easy establishment of the electronic signature, the completion of administrative procedures and the retrieval of official documents online in a simple manner, 24 hours per day and without having to go to the administration.
The e-Houwiya application allows all Tunisians residing in Tunisia and abroad, aged 18 or over and holding a national identity card, to obtain a mobile identity and use it with ease, secure and simple way.
The mobile id is linked to the citizen's unique identifier and is based either on the telephone device or on the telephone number for receiving verification codes. The verification codes are necessary in every online access and in every electronic signature operation carried out using the citizen's certificate and signature keys.

it does not work. Nothing happens when you click next at the moment you try to generare your e Houwiya.

I've been trying to log in to get my patent 3 days ago. not working. trying to approve my log in from another browser, still not working. all I get is " please keep waiting " or " this service is not available right now ". now im stuck and can't do anything. PLEASE fix it

بربي كي تعملو حاجة يا اتقنوها يا سيب عليكم. عندي جمعة ملي عملت الانترفيو و لتو كاتبين قيد المصادقة. و توا ولات المعطيات غير صحيحة. Had an interview to verify my details a week ago, yet no approval and now getting an error while logging in, it's just a rubbish app, Not Recommended!!!
