The app doesn't link my account that have been created using my email and my phone number. There is no option for forgotten password. Unable to see all products. The website is better despite both sucks

The biggest problem that I have no options for the forgotten password and now that I've changed the phone I can't access to my account.. is there any solution from the developer may be an update with a forgotten password option?
