D17 is a mobile payment application for all Tunisian Post customers with a virtual account of the e-dinar family (Smart, DIGICARD, Young, PRO ...) that allows you to:

- Manage your e-dinar account (consultation of balance, renewal of the account, blocking, ...)
- Reload your e-dinar account by national bank card (New)
- Payment installments micro credit (New)
- Issuing Mandate Minute and Ordinary (New)
- Cash In Charge Minute, Ordinary, Organization, Stock Exchange (New)
- Send and Receive money from an e-dinar account to another e-dinar account
- Pay various types of bills (Steg, Sonède, ...)
- Pay MasterCard Merchants (New)
- Track your log of e-Dinar virtual account operations

Ratings and reviews

Worst app I’ve ever used. Random errors with no explanation, useless chat, no dark mode, and no notifications when I receive money. I have to open the app every time just to check payments. This is a government app making millions in fees how are basic features still missing? Embarrassing.

the app is not working and every time i want to login an error message appears and nothing is working
