About this app

With myPoste you can access various Swiss Post services via your mobile:
1) Financial services:
- Follow your accounts opened at La Poste: CCP, Epargne and SICAV
- If you are not a customer, open one of the Swiss Post accounts
your needs (salary account, savings, investment) without going to the post office
- Download your account statement
- Edit your RIB
- Order and manage your payment and withdrawal cards (New!)
- Request and follow your checkbook (New!)
- Follow your SICAV TANIT investment and place Redemption and Subscription orders (New!)
- Place your transfer orders (New!)
- Consult the exchange rate of the Post office
- Discuss with the Post's teams through the messaging service

2) Postal Services:
- Locate post offices
- Learn about the postal network

To benefit from these services:
1) Use your CCPNet access settings if you are a CCPNet subscriber
2) Otherwise register on the application by creating a myPoste user account.

Ratings and reviews

I would want to give five stars instead of four but, not all people are understunding Frensh language which it would more better than we found more options to choose what kind of language we wanna use. For exp : Arabic our national language, Frensh and English which is the international language. Thank you. No complains about the app. It's well. I'm sure that my idea will make this app more easy to use for people lot of people not only me.

Bug persists for 1+ year TPE ceiling changes show 'success' message but don't actually save. Contacted support but can't see sent messages. Critical bug affecting daily use needs urgent fix. Poor communication from developers.

Not smooth, Bug in the ui making the button covering the input field, Wanted to test it with my own personal data and after the creation of account , i couldn't log in due to mismatched id pass, even though i am using a pass manager. Overall not what i would expect from a governmental agency a poste tn. THEREFORE I REQUEST THE REMOVAL OF MY PERSONAL DATA FROM THIS APP.
