Tactio is the mobile companion app for organizers, game masters, event teams, and faction leaders at tactical simulation events such as airsoft, paintball, milsim, and LARP.

The app brings essential information and workflows directly to the field: missions, maps, teams, verifications, equipment, and event status remain centrally accessible, even on the go.

Missions and Operational Procedures

• View missions and their current status

• Access briefings, mission type, points, and tasks directly on the device

• Differentiate between mission markers for objective, start, checkpoint, hazard, clue, and inspection point

• Perform verifications and operational steps depending on your role

Map and Situational Awareness

• Interactive vector map of the event area

• Mission markers, terrain, playing field, and headquarters as separate map layers

• Display your own position and shared team positions in the situational awareness view

• Prepare map regions for better usability with a weak connection

Teams, Roles, and Organization
• View factions, members, and roles

• Assign authorized roles directly on the device

Tactio complements the central web platform with mobile work capabilities in the field. Planning and comprehensive organization take place on the web, while the app provides essential information and functions for ongoing event operations directly on smartphones and tablets.

Functions and visible actions depend on the permissions of the respective user and event.

Tactio contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs. Location services are only used with explicit permission and can be deactivated at any time.
