Smart OTT Player is a fast, clean player for the playlists you already have — and for the video and music already on your phone. You bring the playlist; the app does the rest.

YOUR PLAYLISTS
• Add an M3U or M3U8 playlist by URL, or import a playlist file from your device
• Works with Xtream-style panel links
• Playlists added by URL stay in sync with their source, so new channels appear as the provider adds them
• Channels organised by group, with search across the whole playlist
• Keep favourites, and pick up where you left off with a recents list
• Lock any playlist behind a PIN
• Grid or list view, whichever suits you

DISCOVER
• Browse a large public catalogue of freely available playlists, organised by country, category and region
• Preview a playlist's channels before importing it
• Optionally test a sample of its streams to see how many respond on your connection

ON THIS DEVICE
• Play the video and music already stored on your phone, grouped into folders
• Search your local library by title or artist
• Import a video, track or playlist from Files, and it stays available offline

MUSIC THAT KEEPS PLAYING
• Background playback, with controls on your lock screen and in the notification shade
• Headphone and Bluetooth transport controls
• Pauses automatically when you unplug your headphones
• Shuffle and repeat

THE PLAYER
• Full-screen playback that rotates with your device
• Fit, fill or zoom to match your screen
• Swipe for brightness and volume without leaving the video
• Drag the timeline and see a preview frame of where you are heading
• Live streams are treated as live — no misleading progress bar, and a clear LIVE badge
• A stream that fails says so, and offers a retry

WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO
Smart OTT Player does not include, host or provide any channels, streams or media of its own. It is a player, nothing more. You supply your own playlist URLs or files, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access whatever you add.

The Discover section lists playlists published by the independent iptv-org project. Those playlists are not ours, and their availability is outside our control.
