About this app

BeTrains (not the official SNCB app) is the most useful application for people travelling by Train in Belgium.

It is aimed to be faster and easier to use than the official application.

You can of course access all realtime information of all belgian trains, their position on a map, and all the timetables in a very convenient way. You will never miss a train again.

In addition, you can get all the informations and warnings from the Belgian Rail Company, and even get in touch with other people in your train by opening the chat! Meet new friends, find your lost items in the train, and enjoy your trip with a modern and user friendly application.

I edit this to two stars and am going to try HyperRail instead. This app keeps giving wrong times! This morning, 20min before my train, it was showing 12, then 13 minutes delay. I go to the train station in a leisurely stroll. I get there - empty. I look at the app, it had changed the delay to 5 minutes! The change was made probably a couple of minutes before the train came.

It is working with latest version of android again. There is a bug from before where the timetables are not updated accordingly. Then the app must be closed or sometimes it's fixed by swapping tabs in app (routes to traffic for example)

Please add a facility to change language FR/NL/EN within the app after installing. It defaults to my phone language (EN) but I want to use it in FR because some info is only available in FR/NL.
