The foil came first. I wanted a card that behaves like a photocard when you tilt it, where the light actually travels across the surface instead of a gradient sliding around underneath, and once that worked I needed a game to put it in.

There are 31 cards in the Debut Edition and three groups that don't exist: STARBLOOM, MIDNIGHT AXIS, VESPER. Packs open one card at a time, so there's still a second where you don't know what you got. Holo and Signature cards are the ones that catch the light.

You get a free pack every 20 hours. Duplicates melt into Hearts and 500 Hearts buys another pack, which is the slow way to fill a binder but it does work. Nothing in here costs money and there are no ads.

Odds are printed in the app before you open anything. Five cards per pack: three Common, one Rare, and a bonus slot at Rare 70 / Holo 24 / Signature 6. Thirty packs without a Signature and the thirtieth gives you one.

The binder sorts by group or by rarity, and tells you how far along you are.

Everyone in this game is made up and all the art is original.
