Ratings and reviews

I ignored the low reviews because 1. only site/app I found that applies rules and 2. low reviews are from people who didn't read there's a guest cap on the free version. I only have 30 guests but I would upgrade for the bulk import. Setting up rules was easy. The site offers step by step on how to do everything. When I tried moving tables on the floor plan, it wouldn't let me. Also can't add dj.etc. No contact info. Not completely user friendly, prepare for some work but a good free app.

Exactly what I was looking for! I paid for the premium since I had over 75 guests. I like that I can drag and drop guests at the table to rearrange. Sure, some things could be a little more user-friendly, but overall, it does everything you need to organize a seating chart!

There's some room for improvement. For example, names are listed alphabetically by first name instead of last name. It would be nice if there was a number next to the different groups so they could be easily counted instead of manually counting them. Also, there's a grammatical error. If you set a "rule" for someone to sit at the same table as someone else, it says "so and so would like to sit on the same table as ...". I don't want anyone sitting ON any tables. "... sit at the same table as".
