I'm not able to connect my lamps. One is on IOS and one is on Android. IOS seems to have registered both, but Android isn't registering the IOS invitation. As a result, it isn't working. I reached out for help but hadn't heard back.

The app force closes on my android, poor customer service for help. It has been 7 days since I contacted the email on the paper insert for help as the lamps are not cheap and the app isn't staying open!!! Don't get these lamps.

This app doesn't work. It just crashes every time I open it. The old version was working but I got a new phone and now the lights are a giant waste of money.
