About this app

TotwooLamp is an App, which is specially developed for Totwoo friendship lamps. It allows you to connect with loved ones. Once you touch one of the Totwoo lamps, the others will flash the same color no matter where you are.

Setup was easy and it worked the first attempt. I will know how it does tonight when my daughter has hers set up. The app is a bit confusing on settings so for that I used the instruction booklet on the lamp instead.

I'm not able to connect my lamps. One is on IOS and one is on Android. IOS seems to have registered both, but Android isn't registering the IOS invitation. As a result, it isn't working. I reached out for help but hadn't heard back.

The app force closes on my android, poor customer service for help. It has been 7 days since I contacted the email on the paper insert for help as the lamps are not cheap and the app isn't staying open!!! Don't get these lamps.
