Man, I absolutely love Gather. Unfortunately since they no longer have the free tier, we had to find a different solution for our use. That said the setup technology and ease of onboarding is unmatched.

Gather really needs a mobile app to access its virtual spaces. During coffee breaks, I sometimes want to chat with my colleagues and it's more convenient to do it from my phone. What I need is not meetings, but access to my coworking space. Plus, it would be great to have a feature where I can see when someone (with the option to choose who specifically) joins, so I can jump in and work with them right away without having to schedule in advance.

the app seems pretty well done and the features which are supported work really well. I'm pretty disappointed that I can't set my status from the app, though. half the time to say when I open the app it's because I walked away from my desk and forgot to set myself as busy or away. Though, if I'm honest what I really want is a slack integration that updates my gather status from slack. 😂
