About this app

UDF Editor allows you to open, edit, convert to PDF, and quickly prepare petitions from templates using UYAP Document Format (.udf) documents on your phone. It is designed for lawyers, law firms, and anyone dealing with debt collection.

VIEW AND SEARCH
• Open .udf files from WhatsApp, email, or Downloads in A4 page layout; browse page by page, zoom in. • Search within the document: Turkish characters are not considered, matches are highlighted. • Access directly from the "Open with" and "Share" menus.
• "Scan device" collects .udf documents from selected folders in a single list.

PDF AND PRINTING
• Save, share, or print your UDF document as a PDF with a single touch.

NOTIFICATIONS AND PACKAGES
• Open multi-page TIFF notifications, PDFs, and e-Correspondence/UETS packages (.eyp); The package's subject, number, and sender information are visible. • Add scanned PDF, TIFF, or photo pages as images to the UDF.

E-SIGNATURE
• See the signatory, signature time, and that the document has not changed after signing in an e-signed document.

FILL WITH TEMPLATES
• Save frequently used petitions as templates. • {{Field Name}}, «Field», and Word address-letter (MERGEFIELD) fields are automatically recognized. • Fill in the form: the same field changes throughout the document; fields left blank remain untouched. • Values ​​such as agent name, file number, and address are remembered and appear as suggestions in subsequent petitions.

BULK GENERATION
• Generate a separate UDF for each row of an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV table; results in a single ZIP file.

WORD → UDF
• Convert .docx files to .udf format, which can be opened by the UYAP Document Editor.
• Paragraph and text formatting, tabs, tables, images, headers and footers are preserved.

CREATE AND EDIT
• Write a new document or edit the text of an existing document with the rich text editor; add variable fields and images.

FREE AND PRO
• Free: Unlimited document opening, viewing, searching, editing, filling single documents with PDF and templates; 3 templates, 10 batch documents per month and 5 Word → UDF conversions per month. Your remaining rights are visible in Account → Usage rights. • Pro: Unlimited templates, batch creation and Word → UDF; e-signature with card. • e-signature with card: Insert your e-signature card (AKIS) into your phone with a USB OTG card reader, sign the document in the format used by UYAP (CAdES-BES). Your PIN goes only to the card; • Your private key will not be removed from your card.
• Pro is activated with a monthly or annual subscription; the first 7 days are free for new subscribers. Your subscription is linked to your account, and you can cancel it at any time from Google Play.

PRIVACY
• Your documents, templates, and saved values ​​are stored only on your own device; they are not sent to the server.
• Basic features work without creating an account. You can log in with email, Google, or Apple if you wish.
• No ads.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
• If you modify and save an e-signed document, the signature is removed; you will need to re-sign it.
• Signature details do not check the certificate chain and revocation status; use UYAP for official verification. • For card signatures, your phone must support USB OTG and a CCID-compliant card reader is required. • Scanned pages are imported as images in UDF; very small text may become illegible. • Tables are displayed and preserved, and the text within tables cannot be modified in the editor (field filling also works in tables).

UDF Editor is an independent application. It has no affiliation with the Turkish Ministry of Justice or UYAP (National Judicial Network), and is not an official application. It does not log into UYAP or send documents to UYAP; it only works with the UDF file format.
