About this app

Koro Yıldızı helps choir singers practise their own part at home – correctly. From children's choirs to adult choirs, a practice buddy on every singer's phone.

LISTEN, SING ALONG, THEN ON YOUR OWN
• Listen to your own part (soprano, alto, tenor, bass, 1st or 2nd voice) on its own.
• Sing along while the other voices play; then your part goes quiet and you sing it.
• The star on screen follows your voice live: see whether you are above, below or right on the note.
• Flowing notes or real sheet music, with lyrics and bar numbers.

FEEDBACK LIKE A VOICE COACH
• A score and a bar-by-bar result after every practice.
• Personal tips such as "you go sharp when rising and flat when falling" – in child-friendly words for kids.
• Practise the hardest passage separately, slow down, transpose, loop.

STAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR CHOIR
• Join with your conductor's code or by scanning a QR code.
• Songs and PDF scores uploaded by the conductor arrive on your phone automatically.
• Assignments, announcements, rehearsal and concert calendar; reply "Coming / Maybe / Can't come" and get reminders.
• Send a recording to your conductor if you like and read their feedback.

MARK UP YOUR SCORE
• Open PDF scores and annotate them with pen and highlighter.

FOR CONDUCTORS
• Create your choir and upload pieces once (MusicXML or PDF).
• Upload a photo or PDF of printed music; Koro Yıldızı reads it and turns it into a song you can practise.
• See how much each singer practises, listen to recordings and see who is coming to rehearsal.
• Section leaders follow their own section.

WARM-UPS AND LIBRARY
• Scales, arpeggios and two-part warm-ups.
• A ready library of rounds and multi-part arrangements.

OPTIONAL ACCOUNT
• Use it without an account. With an account your practice history, settings and score annotations sync between your phones – nothing is lost when you change phones.
• Türkçe, English, Deutsch, Français and Español.

PRIVACY FIRST
• While you sing, the microphone audio is processed only on your phone and is never sent anywhere.
• No ads, no tracking.
• Joining a choir requires explicit consent; parental consent for children. Delete your data at any time.
