About this app

LABGO is an enterprise application developed for the safe and traceable transportation of blood samples taken at Family Health Centers (FHCs) to the laboratory. Futurelab is the mobile component of the LABGO system; it works in conjunction with the FHC device, laboratory screen, and web panel.

FOR COURIERS

• My Shipments
You see the samples you transported bag by bag. Each bag shows which racks are in it and the remaining time until delivery to the laboratory at a glance; you receive a warning if the time is exceeded.

• QR Receipt
You receive the racks by scanning the QR code on the FHC device. You select the bags to put the racks in; the device shows which bag each rack belongs to on the screen.

• My Bags
You register, organize, and remove the bags you use. The fill level of each bag is visible.

• Bag Transfer
If you need to hand over a bag to another courier on the way, you can do so in a few seconds using the QR code. Who delivered it, when, and to whom is recorded.

• Deliveries
The history of bags you delivered to the lab or other courier. Your transport time and temperature summary during that time are shown here.

• Tube Verification
You can check if a tube belongs to the correct shipment by scanning its barcode.

COLD CHAIN

The bag's temperature record is read in the lab and matched with the shipment. If the temperature is outside the range, it is clearly indicated in the record.

SECURITY

• Only accounts provided by the institution can be used for login. • Session information is stored in a secure area on the device. • All connections are encrypted. • Each user only sees information permitted by their role.

Turkish, English, and Arabic.
