About this app

Hukas is an office management assistant that brings together the work of lawyers and law firms in one place. Files, hearings, client and cash records left on your desk continue where they left off on your phone.

DASHBOARD
Hearings of the day and week, notes to be taken, unprocessed record alerts and pending approval tasks all on one screen.

FILES
Execution, civil, criminal, administrative and warning letter files; stages, hearing history, parties, progress, cover account, collection and rejection transactions. Convert a draft file into a case in one step.

AGENDA
Your hearings and notes in a color-coded monthly calendar. Day-by-day list, view only for your assigned records or office-wide view.

PERSONS
Client, opposing party, lawyer, expert witness and mediator records with their current accounts. Call, send SMS, get directions with a single touch.

CASH REGISTER
Collections, expenses, advances, and attorney fees; unlimited cash register, separate accounts for each currency, installment attorney fees, transfers between cash registers, and receipt printing.

DOCUMENTS
Organize Word, PDF, TIFF, UDF, and images in nested folders; view, download, and share with other applications from your phone.

POWER OF ATTORNEY
Record powers of attorney with authorizations, notary, and journal information. For time-limited powers of attorney, the system will alert you when the expiration date approaches.

CASE LAW
Search in current legislation with decisions of the Court of Cassation, Council of State, appellate courts, and local courts. Narrow down results with full wording, mandatory words, and exclusion operators.

UYAP AND UETS
File details, parties, stages, hearings, cover account, and documents are transferred to Hukas via your connected UYAP session. Notifications received by UETS are automatically matched with the relevant file after a one-time verification.

AUTOMATION
Define rules that generate notifications,
emails, SMS, work orders, or notes when a record is added, updated, or a critical date approaches. Set multiple reminder points such as 30, 7, and 1 days before hearings, power of attorney periods, and work order completion dates.

REPORTS
Filter, print, or share cash, hearing, work order, note, and document reports.
Cash reports are available in three formats: normal, accounting, and person-based summary.

Thanks to role and person group based permissions, each user can only see the records they are authorized to access; cash transactions
can be tracked on a user basis.

A Hukas account is required to use the application. When you log in with your account,
all your office records will be ready in the application; changes you make on the computer
will appear instantly on the phone, and changes you make on the phone will appear instantly on the computer.
