About this app

Personex is the official employee application that connects to your workplace's personnel tracking system.
You record your entry and exit by scanning the QR code at the door; you send your leave requests from your phone, and you see workplace announcements instantly.

IMPORTANT: This application does not work alone. To use it, the Personex system must be installed at your workplace and you must have been assigned a company code.
If your workplace does not have Personex, you do not need to install the application.

HOW TO USE
1. Open the application, scan your workplace's installation QR code or enter your company code.
2. Select your name from the list. There is no password; your phone is assigned to you.
3. Scan the QR code at the door when entering and exiting work. It automatically detects whether it is an entry or exit.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Entry-exit scanning — one touch, in two seconds
• See how many hours you worked today and your daily schedule
• See your remaining annual leave entitlement
• Submit leave requests and track their approval status
• Read workplace announcements
• For supervisors and managers: view and approve pending leave requests with a PIN
• For managers: publish announcements to all personnel

YOUR PRIVACY
• Fingerprint, facial recognition, or other biometric data is NOT USED. • Your location is NOT RECORDED. It is only taken once at the moment you scan the QR code to calculate whether you are inside the workplace area and is discarded after the calculation. Your latitude and longitude information is not written to any database. • The camera only turns on when scanning the code; no image is recorded. • The application does not contain ads, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics tools. • Your data is stored on your employer's own server.

SECURITY
A phone can only be assigned to one employee; it cannot be scanned by someone else. Scans from outside the designated area and unauthorized QR code attempts will be reported to the workplace manager.
